Is Blogging your thing? Y?
Is blogging a new form of expression or are we narcissistic that we need strangers to read our thoughts, or are we so lonely we're willing to write on a blank space with hopes that someone out there is listening, or is it therapeutic writing for the sake of clearing our heads and what our technological generation considers a dairy, or do you blog to share a talent, an idea, a message? Why exactly do you blog?

Habits? True or False?
Yesterday I voted and I wondered if my ex-boyfriend had. What a thought to have especially since we don't keep in touch. I suppose I used to be on his case about remembering to vote and maybe the habit hasn't completely gone away?
This is a topic of discussion with my current boyfriend, how long do you believe it takes to create a new habit? Lately, I've been lousy when it comes to the gym and my food intake hasn't been at it's best in terms of being on a calorie deficit. I've been going to the gym since December 2012 so how is it still not a habit? I'm starting to believe that unless it's innate, part of your personality, culture, it's just involuntary, than the habit never occurs. I think it gets easier but it's always a conscious effort to be what you are not but still desire. Any thoughts on this? and save me it takes 21 days to form a habit because that's just the biggest myth ever, well that and diet pills.
Everyday is a new day? Agreed. If you failed yesterday now focus on success today. Pick your self up as many times as it takes but don't let the wave drown you. I'm not sure I can truly accept what I writing or that it touches deeply at this moment but it's positive and saying life can suck would be uselessly pointing the obvi.
Perhaps that's the reason so many relationships fail; when it is this hard to figure out who "me", who we are, how do we stop and figure out anybody else along the way? How are we available for someone else when we're not even mindful of ourselves? How is one everything and nothing at once?

Not sure what path this blog will take and maybe like my own life it's going relatively in the right direction of up and forward but day by day the zigzags get me dizzy and I'm sure that will shine! Blindly shine! right through in this blog "It's only me"
Perhaps finding a beginning to "me" will lead me to concrete outcome of who me is? Or maybe not, I'm 27 years old I recently graduated and now work full time. I've been in therapy for 6 years now , make of it what you want. Okay now, that bored me already. Perhaps I'll start with what I want:
Lately I've been getting into the super healthy lifestyle with calorie counting ( my fitnesspal, great app try it it's free) scaling my food, working out daily, getting a trainer, pushing harder. I want visible abs, I want a secure relationship, I want a higher paying job, I want more education than my masters degree, I want a dog, a new car could be nice. I want to know when I'm getting controlled and by whom? My mother, the stranger reading this, the bird which sings at 5am and wakes me up on weekends?
How much of this do we allow to be done to us?
How much do we do to ourselves?
Do we really want what we want or when we obtain it we may realize we may never be satisfied?
What's everybody searching for? The dog for it's bone, the house cat for it's next nap, but us? What do humans keep looking for once your basic needs are met?
